Guest Speaker: Taryn Smith

Taryn Smith is a Nebraska-born solo Atlantic rower, certified yoga instructor, and adventure seeker best known for becoming the first solo American woman to complete the World’s Toughest Row in 2025. Taryn partnered with Girls on the Run, a non-profit that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. Thanks to the generosity of ocean rowing fans around the world, we raised over $40,000 to support the next generation of athletes.
